How do I do my hair scene style? Easy ten points?

Instructions (step by step because I suck at following them) please.

P.S My hair is naturally straight and blonde.
1.use volumizing shampoo and conditioner
2.leave conditioner in for 5-8 mins.
ONCE YOU GET OUT;;
1.spray hair vitamin treatment (cost cutters) 12 sprays
2. root lifter on crown
3. heat protectant
4. blow dry, comb a lot when blow drying
5. or air dry, part bangs and bobby pin them
6. straighten hair (it doesn't matter if your hair is already
straight, you need to straighten it!)
7. part hair in half and ponytail top half
8. tease back with rattail comb or teasing brush
9.hairspray
10.spiking glue or airwax to keep in place
11.take out ponytail
12. tease top esp. crown with rattail comb AND teasing brush
13. airwax/spiking glue. arrange how you like
14. hairspray
15. comb bangs
16. anti-frizz shine spray for finishing touch

or just take a picture to a salon [and ask for extensions.]
you want short layers, and lots of them.
these layers should be no longer than chin length.
shorter layers on top, for that 'poof'.
i don't know about the color, but you could try some flamboyant color
like a hot pink, electric blue.
or just the plain black, and coon stripes.
whatever you prefer.
but if you have [natural] platinum blonde hair, thats awesome too (:
bangs/fringe is up to you,
whether you want a straight cut or side swept.
if you have the time and patience in the morning, you could tease the upper layers of your hair (taking a brush, and only the top layer, brushing in the opposite direction.)
brush it a bit to make it look somewhat tame (hehe)
and then hairspray it.

2 put the bottom half in a ponytail
3 tease all of the top half except for a smal top layer**
4 make sure the small top layer covers the teased part
5 hairspray time!! xD
6 undo the ponytail on the bottom half
**if you have bangs, do the same thing but like in a smaller version
First off, you need a great amount of good hairspray. Hairspray that will HOLD, and not get all frizzy and fall apart during the day. I use like 3 different kinds of hairsprays to hold it all up, and it works amazingly.
You need a teasing brush. I use one that has narrowed out bristles, some use tight bristle brushes but anything that can make it big, right? Now that you have those TWO major factors in this, start off by teasing the back of your hair. Take a handfull of hair in the back by the crown of your hair and lift it up into the air and take your brush and rub tthe brush up and down making it look "snarled" but really it's teasing it. Then you, get it big -ish, keep doing that until you got it the height you want it, (I do mine HUGE) Then use my best friend, HAIRSPRAY! Start spraying it all over the teased section of your hair, and scrunch it up to make it seem more big. Keep playing with it til you get it good. Teasing is all about experimenting. People have different ways of doing it.. Some people tease it down and up, I tease it down and In. :D I hope I helped.
