Strange Question but i am really confused...?

I want its serial number I have lost its cover and my little brother teared up its serial no. sticker And Now I am helpless.
I want this to know if my vga card is compatible with pc.
So Can you tell me a website where I can type about my vga card and it gives me serial no. (i know the product no.)
Secondly another website where I put the serial no of the pc and come to know if its compatible or not...
